Data freshness and availability
When data is delayed or systems are strained, you will see a banner on data-heavy pages. These levels explain what each banner means.
Level 0
Nominal
All systems are healthy and data is fresh.
Level 1
Partial degradation
Some sources are delayed. Data freshness may lag for a subset of protocols.
Level 2
Significant degradation
Systems are under strain. Expect slower updates and reduced freshness.
Level 3
Major outage
Fresh data is temporarily unavailable. Last known updates are shown until recovery.
