The Hop Community Multisig has continued to distribute payments for the Hop DAO to delegates, multisig signers, bonders, and AMM reward contracts (liquidity incentives). Per [HIP-15](https://snapshot.org/#/hop.eth/proposal/0x6b5136469fd7b1478c0e10b95e30e8645a1cea8bb49cabeed59a312264b518f0), this distribution, as well as future distributions to refill the multisig will be refilled via on-chain governance vote every other month...
